The Heart of Silence:
An invitation to come home

There’s a kind of listening that only silence can teach.
When we step away from words, screens, and the hum of daily life, the heart begins to speak in its own language. One made of breath, sensation, and presence.

These retreats are an invitation to return home to yourself.
Through mouna (noble silence), gentle embodiment practices, and guided inquiry, we create a space for this,  the heart’s quiet intelligence begins to lead. Here we begin to discover what meditation really is.

Each retreat unfolds as a journey inward, a soft grounded space to listen, to feel, and to allow what has been waiting within you to be met with tenderness and awareness.

I  acknowledge the Awabakal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which I work and provide service. I  pay my deepest respects to the wisdom of the Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that First Nations sovreignty was never ceded. This continent always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
