The Heart of Silence:
An invitation to come home

There’s a kind of listening that only silence can teach.

When we step away from words, screens and the hum of daily life, the heart begins to speak in its own language. One made of breath, sensation and presence.

These retreats are an invitation to return home to yourself.

Through Mouna, or noble silence, gentle embodiment practices and guided inquiry, we create space to listen more closely. To the body, to our experience, and to the quieter dimensions of ourselves that can sometimes be difficult to hear in everyday life.

Meditation becomes less about doing something and more about learning to be with what is here.

Each retreat unfolds as a journey inward, a soft, grounded space to listen, to feel, and to allow what has been waiting within you to be met with tenderness and awareness.

I  acknowledge the Awabakal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which I live and work. I  pay my deepest respects to the wisdom of the Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that First Nations sovereignty was never ceded. This continent always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
