Integrative Psychotherapeutic Services

My services are a fusion of many modalities which blend psychotherapy, occupational therapy, meditation and yoga. This is embedded in a holistic perspective that doesn't deny our whole, essential nature, or our true 'human-ness'.

Facilitating and holding space for you is a privilege that I hold with reverence and sacredness.

How we can work together

If you are seeking a therapist who understands both the science of healing and the wisdom of embodied awareness, I invite you to begin your journey by getting in touch, or booking your first session here.

A compassionate, embodied approach to therapy that integrates:

  • Somatic Therapy – Supporting nervous system regulation and trauma recovery.

  • Psychedelic-Assisted Integration – Helping clients integrate insights from expanded states of consciousness.

  • Depth Psychology & Trauma Work – Exploring unconscious beliefs and relational patterns.

In each session, we work together to explore what is arising in your life—whether it’s anxiety, past trauma, relationship difficulties, or a deep yearning for change. My role is to guide you with presence, awareness, and care.

SILENT RETREATS

Retreats offer a sacred space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with your heart’s wisdom. Through guided meditation, deep silence, and intentional practices, these retreats create an environment for profound inner transformation. Whether you are seeking stillness, clarity, or personal breakthroughs, these retreats allow space for deep self-inquiry and presence.

Yoga lead by a somatic psychotherapist

Hridaya is an immersion into your real and essential nature through an artful integration of meditation and yoga techniques. The practice of Hridaya Yoga allows us to live in the very “core” of existence, to feel the heartbeat of every moment of life, to know intuitively the eternal dimension of every moment.

  • Private Yoga Sessions

  • Yoga & Meditation integrated into psychotherapy sessions

I  acknowledge the Awabakal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which I work and provide service. I  pay my deepest respects to the wisdom of the Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that First Nations sovreignty was never ceded. This continent always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
