who am i?

My name is Tamara Coughlan.

My own thirst to dive into this question 'who am I?', has been a path to revelation. A quest for love. Love as the very essence of my being.

This has come through many years of silent retreats, self-study, inner work and healing, clinical work and teaching.

My service is a fusion of many modalities which stem from psychotherapy, occupational therapy, meditation and yoga. This is embedded in a holistic perspective that doesn't deny our whole, essential nature, or our true 'human-ness'.

I am also a mumma to a wild 3 year old, love dancing, delight in smells, sights and textured spaces and you will often find my bedside with multiple unfinished books!

My path and purpose is Love. Love as the very essence of my being.

My Commitment

My commitment is to work alongside you to create a safe, non-judgmental space to help faciliate, unfold and navigate our conscious and unconscious behavious and patterns.

I am here to be present with you, and to recognise that healing and transformation is not measured by external ideas of 'fixing'. Therapy is a progressive process. It's individual and meaningful.

I am also committed to my own inner work to continue to meet you without bias, agenda or my own unconscious beliefs hindering your process.

Facilitating and holding space for you is a privilege that I hold with reverence and sacredness.
