Medicine Assisted Therapy & Integration:
Integrating Journey Insights Into Practice

As the landscape of psychedelic-assisted therapy continues to evolve in Australia, I want to clarify my current role.

At present, I do not prescribe or administer psychedelic medicines. I offer integration-focused psychotherapy, supporting clients before and after their experiences — whether these take place legally through the TGA-authorised prescriber pathway, or in other contexts. My focus is on helping clients prepare for, make meaning of, and gently embody what arises during expanded states of consciousness, drawing on my training in somatic and trauma-informed practices.

I'm currently deepening my knowledge and training to work more directly within approved PAT frameworks as they become more accessible. This includes staying current with TGA regulations, collaborating with prescribers, and continuing my professional development to ensure I'm well-positioned to support this work ethically and skillfully.

Endless Journey

Why integration matters

Psychedelics, such as psilocybin, LSD, and MDMA, can open profound doorways to healing and self-discovery. However, without a grounded process of integration, these experiences can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even disruptive. Some people find themselves struggling with heightened emotions, existential questioning, or worsened mental health symptoms after a psychedelic journey—especially if they have engaged in these experiences outside of a structured, therapeutic setting.

Integration therapy provides a space to anchor the insights from these experiences in a way that supports lasting transformation. Whether your experience was expansive, challenging, or both, I offer a steady and compassionate presence to help you process what has emerged and bring it meaningfully into your daily life.

My Approach

With my background in psychotherapy, non-ordinary states, and somatic practices, I work at the intersection of mind, body, and nervous system regulation. I see psychedelic work as part of a broader healing journey—not as a quick fix, but as an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself in a way that is sustainable and embodied.

If you’re looking for legal psychedelic-assisted therapy in Australia, please email me for treatment pathway recommendations.

If you’ve already had a psychedelic experience and are looking for integration support, I invite you to reach out.

I  acknowledge the Awabakal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which I work and provide service. I  pay my deepest respects to the wisdom of the Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that First Nations sovreignty was never ceded. This continent always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
