Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer your spot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice have 50% fee charge Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-show: full session fee applies. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, illness, or extenuating circumstances. Managing Your Bookings To make things easier for you, all bookings can be adjusted via the Member Area on my website. From there, you can: Reschedule or cancel upcoming appointments (subject to the notice periods above) View your session history and package details Update your contact details If you have any difficulty accessing or navigating the Member Area, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help. Packages, Plans & Informed Consent If you choose to purchase a session package or multi-session plan: A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase. If you choose to withdraw during this time, a full refund (minus any sessions already used) will be provided. After this period, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus a $50 administration fee. You retain the right to discontinue a package at any time.
