About the event

This is an invitation to go deeper into the remarkable journey into the Heart! What an incredible gift to give yourself Stillness, Openess and Pure joy! 3 days of silence that allows us to witness the beauty, love and wisdom of the Heart.. of who we really are… The Hridaya approach celebrates the joy of meditation. Creating a quiet, safe and supportive environment, similar to the conditions of a solitary retreat - noble silence, no interaction with others and contemplation. Join us in this journey to the Heart, to what we all truly are, in Stillness, silence, openness, love! From a technical point of view, the main Hridaya meditation consists of 3 attitudes: 1) The awareness of the Heart Centre 2) The awareness of short pauses after inhalation and exhalation 3) Self-enquiry (asking the question “ Who am I?”) For more information please visit the main homepage of Hridaya yoga www.hridaya-yoga.com No previous meditation or yoga experience is necessary…

I  acknowledge the Awabakal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which I work and provide service. I  pay my deepest respects to the wisdom of the Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that First Nations sovreignty was never ceded. This continent always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
