I'm Tamara Coughlan.

My passion is to empower people to access their own truth, resilience and meaning using Psychotherapy, Meditation & Yoga.


My service is to work alongside you, to create a safe, non-judgmental space to help facilitate, unfold and navigate your conscious and unconscious behaviours and patterns.


I am here to be present with you, and to recognise that healing and transformation is not measured by external ideas of "fixing". Therapy is a progressive process. It's individual and meaningful.


Your outcomes are supported  by your willingness to stay, to deepen with compassion and to integrate our mind, emotions and body into a sense of wholeness, and a deeper relationship with yourself.


The way I see therapy is about Love; it is Love.

Connecting with your heart space begins with awareness. This creates a greater perspective within and around our lives and allows us to deepen our insight and wisdom in order to bring about transformation.

Integrating psychotherapy, holistic counselling, yoga & meditation, together we can begin to cultivate this self-awareness.
