My passion is to empower people to access their own truth, resilience and meaning using Integrative Psychotherapy, Meditation & Yoga.
I offer a committed service and to work alongside you, to create a safe, non-judgmental space to help facilitate, unfold and navigate your conscious and unconscious behaviours and patterns.
I am here to be present with you, and to recognise that healing and transformation is not measured by external ideas of "fixing". Therapy is a progressive process. It's individual and meaningful.
Your outcomes are supported by your willingness to be curious, to deepen with compassion and to integrate our mind, emotions, body and heart into a sense of wholeness and integration. Essentially, a deeper relationship with yourself.
The way I see therapy is about coming home to yourself. It is Love.
