Yin Yoga & Bowen Therapy

A fusion of two incredible modalities that deepen the journey into the felt experience of your body, sensations and energy.

During this collaborative event, Tamara will facilitate an intentional Yin practice and Julie will perform particular Bowen techniques to the area of the body that is being addressed by the poses. This will invite a deeply restorative and profound release to body’s fascial network, nervous system and spirit.
